Hi, I’m Georgina

 

I help people to feel good, from the inside out. I’m a yoga therapist and teacher working in Norfolk. I offer a range of group yoga classes, one to one yoga and yoga therapy sessions as well as workshops, retreats and other events.

 

I am passionate about helping people to find joy and balance within themselves.

Life is busy and sometimes it can feel like a lot. With the right tools and support we can learn to feel truly good in our bodies and our minds, whatever life throws at us. It brings me great joy to teach people the skills they need to feel happier, healthier and more in control of their own wellbeing.

I specialise in yoga therapy which means I can tailor your practice to support you through various health conditions, whether mental and physical health, and the intersection between the two.

 

All my classes are trauma informed, meaning I teach in a way that gives you the control and puts your needs first.

Yoga Therapy for Health

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to wellbeing designed to support you through life's diverse challenges.

 

While traditional healing often isolates the mind from the body, I believe we are multifaceted, our physical and mental health are deeply intertwined. By addressing the "whole" person rather than just a symptom, we can uncover root causes and create deep, lasting change.
 

Moving beyond traditional yoga, my practice integrates elements of counseling, nervous system regulation, and somatic techniques. Sometimes, talking isn't enough, our emotions are stored in our bodies just as much as our minds. By working somatically (with the body), we provide the space for your body to process experiences and heal, leading to more profound and long lasting results than talking therapy alone.

What a safe nurturing and beautiful space George creates. There is something amazing about coming together in a group like that. I went alone and felt so comfortable and safe. The movement and mindfulness was touching and kind and really tended to some of my most hurty feelings. I felt nourished and connected to my body.
