The Soulful Sanctuary -
Weekend Yoga Retreat
16-18th May 2025
In a world that glorifies busyness and constant achievement, true rest can feel like a luxury—or even something we’ve forgotten how to do. Yet rest is essential. It’s the foundation for happiness, resilience, clarity, and the ability to thrive.

This weekend retreat at the beautiful Fishley Hall in Norfolk is designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. It’s an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and explore what deep rest feels like—not just for your body, but for your mind and spirit.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and other nurturing practices, you’ll be guided toward a place of restoration and renewal. The serene surroundings of Fishley Hall, with its tranquil gardens and peaceful countryside, provide the perfect space to relax and let go. You’ll have time to walk in nature, journal, read, or simply be—free to shape the weekend in a way that supports your unique needs.

Whether you’re looking to prevent burnout or are on the path to recovery, this retreat offers a safe, welcoming space where you can truly rest and rediscover your inner balance.
Soulful Yoga
I am so happy to be bringing you this weekend retreat experience. As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist I meet people every day who are stressed, burnt out and in need of the benefits that yoga and meditation can bring. This has lead me to create Soulful Yoga with the intention of spreading the message that rest is a vital need and something we all deserve.

Having been through my own experiences of burnout and the pressures of constant busyness, I truly understand the importance of taking time to pause, reset, and reconnect. Yoga has been my anchor for over 20 years, providing me with the tools to find balance and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

I bring warmth, kindness, and a compassionate approach to every session. My goal is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental environment where you can simply be yourself and take time for your well-being. I look forward to welcoming you to this retreat, where we’ll explore the power of rest together.
