​Whether you're seeking personalised guidance in your yoga practice or deeper therapeutic support, my one-to-one sessions offer a space to focus entirely on you.​

I provide both yoga and yoga therapy—gentle, holistic approaches that support your physical health, emotional well-being, and overall sense of balance. Yoga therapy combines traditional yoga practices with psychotherapeutic techniques, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation to address your individual needs. Together, we'll explore practices that meet you where you are, allowing time to listen, reflect, and work at a pace that feels right for you.​

Group Classes

My group yoga classes, based in Acle, Freethorpe, and Limpenhoe, provide a space to slow down, move mindfully, and connect with your body and breath in a supportive community. These classes are designed to help you unwind and recharge, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years. You'll find a welcoming environment where you can relax, release tension, and nurture both your body and mind.

In each class, you'll be guided through a flow of movement and breathwork that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The supportive atmosphere allows you to practice at your own pace, focusing on what your body needs while being part of a community that values rest and rejuvenation. Each session is an opportunity to let go of stress and feel more centered, leaving you feeling refreshed and more connected to yourself.
