The Soulful Sanctuary -
Weekend Yoga Retreat

This restorative weekend yoga retreat designed to help you reconnect, reset, and recharge. Set in the tranquil Norfolk countryside at Fishley Hall, this retreat offers a nurturing space to step away from the demands of daily life and embrace deep rest through yoga, meditation, and mindful practices.

Mastering your Nervous System

Our nervous system regulates so much of what goes on in our mind and body, including how we cope with stress and how relaxed and happy we feel. In this workshop, you’ll learn practical skills to support your nervous system through yoga, movement, and breathwork—helping you feel calmer, more resilient, and better able to handle life’s ups and downs.

 

We will start with some education on the nervous system and learning practical tools that you can bring into your daily life to help you feel calmer and more resilient to stress. This will be followed by a yoga practice that incorporates these tools and teaches more skills for a stronger nervous system. There will also be tea and snacks!

 

If you want to understand yourself better, and learn new skills to feel more balanced, stronger and less stressed then this workshop is for you. These are skills that will benefit you through every part of your life.
