I'm Georgina, a yoga teacher and therapist dedicated to supporting your health and wellbeing.
I specialise in yoga therapy—a holistic practice that combines yoga, counselling, psychotherapy, and somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your body and mind.
As well as yoga therapy, I offer one to one and group yoga classes and events that are focused on helping you to feel good, find time for yourself and for rest and relaxation.

What I Offer
These yoga and mindfulness sessions have proved invaluable to me personally, helping me to get to sleep and stay more flexible and mobile and reducing pain. I shall be continue with yoga classes with Georgina as she promotes a stress less atmosphere and makes everyone feel comfortable whatever their capability . Thank you very much indeed

I have been to two of Georgina's day retreats. Both days where absolutely lovely in a calm and relaxing environment. The wholesome vegan lunch was delicious along with the company. I have also attended many of Georgina's classes as well. Her yoga practice left me feeling relaxed helping me to relieve my anxiety with the added bonus of a good nights sleep. I highly recommended Georgina she is kind and caring and excellent yoga teacher.
