Welcome to Soulful Yoga
I’m Georgina, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist dedicated to helping people find rest, restore balance, and improve their physical and mental wellbeing through yoga.
When we live lives that feel constantly demanding, even our downtime feels like another task on the list. With endless responsibilities and pressures, we rarely stop to recover, and the rise of burnout shows just how essential rest has become.
For many of my clients, their weekly yoga class is that one precious hour where they can truly pause. In a safe, quiet space, they’re free from demands and the constant pull of daily life. This hour becomes a refuge, a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. It’s not just an exercise; it’s a vital part of their week, bringing calm and clarity that extends far beyond the mat.
I provide private one to one sessions and group classes in Acle, Norwich, and across Norfolk, as well as online, my aim is to make it easy to bring rest and renewal into your routine.
